How to Participate in Ride 365
The Ride 365 program tracks miles that were ridden both on Chapter Rides and while riding on your own! Help JaxHOG compete against other H.O.G. Chapters nationwide for bragging rights and we need your help!!

To join the Jacksonville Florida Chapter Ride 365 Program, submit the information listed below by clicking the following link to use our Ride 365 Form to enroll or report your monthly miles to our Ride 365 Coordinator, Chris B. click here to enroll or report your monthly mileage using the Ride 365 Form.
- First Name
- Last Name
- National H.O.G.® Membership Number (Full Number including US)
- Vehicle Identification Number (Full VIN)
- Current Mileage
**Please Note--Beginning January 2022, all Ride 365 mileage submissions must be made using the Ride 365 Form. Email and Text Responses will no longer be accepted after 1/8/2022.
**Pro Tip--Create a contact for Ride365, save the website link to the Ride 365 Form. Then in the notes section for that contact, save your full National HOG membership number and VIN so you can just copy and paste that information each month! If you need help, see Scott W. at a monthly meeting or while on a ride!
Then each month, click here to report your monthly mileage using using the Ride 365 Form to submit your monthly miles and to be entered into the monthly drawing to win a $25.00 gift card just for participating!
All miles ridden by each member each month help the Chapter's overall mileage and we need everyone to join and participate so we can improve our regional rankings!
